- After carefully researching top notch destinations for you to choose from (in accordance with your time schedule and budget), we will then explore your best options and inspect your destination first hand.
Contract Negotiation, Housing and Attrition Management
- Mackey's meetings are tailored to be grand, but priced to be affordable! I make sure your event is most effectively and efficiently executed by reviewing and overseeing all contracting processes. This also reduces any risks or liabilities that may be associated with selected decisions.
Logistics Management
- I will take care of your programs logistics and execution planning. Upon creation and distributing of a uniquely designed questionnaire for your guests or employees, I will be able to construct an exciting agenda for their event journey.
On-Site/Off-Site Registration
- Your guests will all be accounted for every step of the way via online or in person registration methods (upon preference).
-Ground Transportation
- Your chosen method of transportation can set the tone to and from your event. Mackey guarantees your chauffeur is safe, reliable, comfortable and most importantly on time from site to site.
